The films submitted will be shown during the ninth annual <b>Black Earth Film Festival </b>to take place in September.<br /><br />The <b>Black Earth Film Festival</b> Committee will award a prize to the film which most creatively follows the guidelines while telling a unique and compelling story. It is time to let your creative juices flow.<br /><br />Mail or drop off finished films at the <b>Galesburg Civic Art Center</b>, 114 East Main Street, Galesburg, IL 61401.
