The Galesburg Civic Art Center and the Black Earth Film Festival are inviting individuals to make films to honor Galesburg’s 175th anniversary. The films submitted will be shown during the ninth annual Black Earth Film Festival to take place in September.
The Black Earth Film Festival Committee will award a prize to the film which most creatively follows the guidelines while telling a unique and compelling story. It is time to let your creative juices flow.
